No. The firm is seated in New York and operates remotely. Most clients are elsewhere in the United States or distributed. Where a matter turns on another state's law, we bring in local counsel and say so in the scope.

Rarely. Post-launch work is mostly about documenting what happened accurately and fixing what happens next: governance, treasury policy, and how new distributions are papered. A structure review gives you a written list, in order.

We act for companies and funds, never on opposite sides of the same matter. Conflicts are checked before the first substantive conversation. If one exists, we tell you and refer you out.

For legal effect: upgrade authority, signer thresholds, and whether the code matches the documents. We are not a security auditor and will name the audit firms we have worked alongside.

Per written scope. Each matter gets a scope letter with deliverables, the lead attorney, a date, and one fixed fee, approved before work starts. Work outside the scope is quoted in writing first.

A short description of the matter, your current documents if any, and the names of the entities and people involved so we can run conflicts. Most scopes go out within two business days of that.
