Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. We may revise these terms at any time; the version published here is the version in effect, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site.
2. No legal advice
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, is not tailored to any particular set of facts, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from qualified counsel admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
Descriptions of practice areas, processes, timelines, and fee structures (including anything published on our Insights blog) are illustrative. Actual scope, pricing, and outcomes depend on the specifics of a matter and are confirmed only in a written engagement letter.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Using this site, submitting an enquiry, or booking an introductory call does not create an attorney-client relationship. No such relationship exists until both of the following have occurred: we have completed a conflicts check, and a written engagement letter has been signed by both parties.
Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this site or by unencrypted email before an engagement is in place. Information sent before that point may not be treated as privileged or confidential.
4. Attorney advertising
This site may constitute attorney advertising under the rules of certain jurisdictions. Prior results do not guarantee a future or similar outcome. Azure Legal PLLC does not claim admission in every jurisdiction; jurisdictional scope is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
5. Permitted use
You may view, download, and print material from this site for your own non-commercial reference. You may not:
- reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without written permission;
- use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or index the site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or connected systems; or
- use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
6. Restricted areas and client access
Certain areas of this site (including our internal content-management tools) are restricted and intended solely for use by authorized personnel of Azure Legal PLLC. You may not attempt to access, or assist anyone else in accessing, a restricted area without authorization.
If we make a client portal or other logged-in service available to you in the future, your use of it will be governed by these Terms together with any additional terms we provide at that time and by the engagement letter governing our representation of you. We may suspend or terminate access to any such account-based service at our discretion, including for suspected misuse.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (including text, layout, graphics, diagrams, and the Azure Legal name and marks) is owned by or licensed to Azure Legal PLLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in these terms.
8. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites and social media platforms. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Azure Legal PLLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The state and federal courts located in the State of New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
