As Azure Legal's Managing Partner, Jonathan offers strategic legal advice to Builders, Founders, and Investors working in the technology space. Azure Legal's practice focuses on what Founders need to get their projects off the ground and operating. Prior to Azure Legal, Jonathan advised early-stage tech startups in the web3 space and served as CEO and GC of a FinTech investment platform.
Having been on both sides of the table, Jonathan understands what Founders want from their lawyer. Part of Azure Legal's mission is to provide easy to understand legal advice to Founders without the complication of jargon or confusing principles.
